Payment information, I was billed.? -

I've received information regarding my account informing me that it will be closed due to non-payment. According to my records, the last purchase was made on 11/16 and my Amex card was billed. Can you please explain why this is happening? Ask for an itemized bill...it will show the last payment made. Call customer service# on the bill. If still no success write to the company and keep a copy for yourself. Unsure where the insurance question is however I will speculate that this was an insurance premium of some sort. You should call the carrier to validate that payment was received and posted. Just like everything else in the world, nothing is perfect.
