House Burned really bad.? -

Don't forget things like hotel rooms, phone bills, damaged art work, etc. Also, get an independent contractor to give you an estimate on what it will cost for him to do the repairs - he may find that the plumbing and wiring in that section also need to be replaced do the heat/fire damage.
