Aflac Question? -

I have the Aflac disability insurance, and the doctor told me that due to my voice disorder he will be takeing me out of work for an extended amount of time, will I be able to use this insurance during this time if so how do I go about starting it up. I would call them myself and ask but I have no voice. log onto www.aflac.com and download the appropriate claim form. you can also ask your employer the name of your AFLAC rep and they can assist you with the submission. have someone else call 800-99aflac or send an e-mail aflac.com or write Send them an email then : ) Or have someone call that can translate via notes....
