Cleveland Clinic and Health Insurance? -

I am unemployed and I am 32 years old. I see a doctor in Cleveland clinic and have an appointment next week. I do not have insurance anymore. Can I go to see the doctor again and get use of the Ohio Hospital Assurance Program (HCAP). The program states that in Cleveland Clinic for a family of size 2 the income should be more than $54,760 program (since the HCAP Federal Poverty Income Level is $13,690) to receive the assistance. How much is the assistance, are they paying 100% of the expenses or less. I wanted to see if anyone had similar experience in the past and what are your thoughts. I know that my dad has been going there for like 3 years now with various cancer and all he does is when the bill comes in the mail he fills out the back which is what I think you're talking about and he doesn't pay one penny. He has been on disability for about a year making something like $20,000. Hope this helps.
