Fitness Insurance for Subcontractors. . . Help!? -

I would like to start a fitness consulting company and hire subcontractors. They would be teaching aerobics at various facilities. What type of insurance would I need for my company and subcontractors? Does each subcontractor need their own liability insurance as well? Is the later necessary? You'll need general liability, professional liability, and likely workers compensation. Even though you're calling them subcontractors and not withholding taxes, if they don't have comp on themselves, you're responsible for the benefits - even if you don't have a policy.
