Health Insurance? -

Can you work for two Health Insurance companies at the same time. Example: Can I work at a brokerage in the morning and be an independent agent at night? Is there a conflict in interest? Please only answer if you really know. Of course there's a conflict of interest! You won't want to WRITE anything through the brokerage, as you'll get more $$ writing it directly as the independent! No one is going to give you a contract, as an independent, unless you've hired full time staff to service your book during normal business hours. It's not going to work. As your license is held by the company, I do not think that legally you can work for competing agencies. But in your state, I could be wrong. Contact your state licensing board to find out for sure. Total conflict of interest. sorry. Depends on what kind of Contract you have.
